Can anyone read MRI reports

I was dx with MS a year ago after going to many doctors about tingling, numbness, severe sweating, up and down weight, anxiety, headaches and joint pains. The only way I found out I had MS was that I, all of a sudden had a hearing loss in one ear. This comes from years of seeing different specialists, e.r. visits and getting different tx. That's when I had a CT on the brain and saw they saw lesions. Can anyone help?

FINDINGS:

CERVICAL:

There is extensive patchy areas of abnormal T2 STIR signal in the lower

medulla and throughout the cervical spinal cord into the upper thoracic

spinal cord better seen on the STIR sequence consistent with the patient's

history of demyelinating disease. Appearance is similar to the prior study

and again difficult to precisely compare given extensive long segment

disease. There is no enhancing lesion. No cord expansion.

No significant central canal or foraminal stenosis present. THORACIC:

There are patchy areas of increased T2 signal in the thoracic spinal cord

most prominent at T3-4, followed by T8, T9 and T10-11 probably also at

T12-L1 consistent with demyelinating disease and without definite change

from the prior.

Vertebrae and discs are essentially unremarkable. No spinal stenosis.

Following contrast there is no enhancing lesion in the spinal cord. Also

the spinal cord is not enlarged. No other abnormal enhancement is seen. No

paraspinal mass seen.

IMPRESSION:

No significant interval change.

CERVICAL: Moderately extensive multifocal signal abnormalities throughout

the cervical spinal cord without enhancement consistent with demyelinating

disease and essentially unchanged. Mild degenerative changes primarily

C5-6.

THORACIC: Patchy areas of abnormal signal consistent with demyelinating

disease in the thoracic spinal cord greater at T3-4, followed by T8, T9

and T10-11similar to prior study. No enhancing lesion or definite new

abnormality seen.
