All ovetr back pain

Two surgeries performed so far.One in 1998,diskactomy of c3,c4,c5 another in 2007 laminactomy at C5,c6,c7,
Muscles  weekened,numbness on both hand also legs.L4,L5 slip noticed.Severe pain radiating upward from lower backBody strength considerably deteriarating.Loosing body balance.Diagonised as Mylomalacia.Blader control also loosing.
Present medication: Gamapentine-300

Thank you for you advice.

In recent past I met few neurologists, nobody giving me a concrete suggestion except
one proscribed to start gambapentin-300 daily bed time which I began now two months gives me some comfort for sleep.
I am afraid about the side effects of this drug.How long I can continue this drug?

Thank you for your question. Although without being able to examine you I can not offer you the specific advice on diagnosis and treatment that you need, but I would try to provide you some relevant information about your health concern.

I do sympathize with your health concern. Myelomalacia is a pathological softening of the spinal cord.  Therefore, your MRI finding that suggests there is disc prolapse condition (cervical and lumbar) in all over spine is a main reason of your symptoms here due to softening.  If you have recent increase in the symptoms then it appears that your pre-existing problem may be worsened.  If you are suffering from continuous symptoms in neck and back please arrange an appointment with a neurologist right away who will provide you an appropriate surgical option & treatment.
