Chronic Dizziness

I have had constant light dizziness, nausea, tinnitus and fatigue for 18 months now.  Morning is worse after having been horizontal all night.  My symptoms are chronic not episodic. I have been tested for Superior Canal Dehiscence (possible pinhole dehiscence), Endolymphatic Hydrops (positive via an ECOG test), a variety of balance tests (negative - very good balance), hearing tests (negative no hearing loss) - CT's, MRI's - No tumor or spinal injuries show, a variety of blood tests (negative).  The onset of my symptoms occurred while looking up, serving playing tennis and I had a vertigo sensation for a few seconds.  An Epleys maneuver relived the positional vertigo but the other symptoms set in and haven't budged.  The only time I have relief is at high altitudes in a airplane.  I've heard that ECOGs aren't reliable so the EH diagnosis would be suspect and experts in SCD have said they feel the possible pinhole dehiscence is actually an anomaly in the algorithm used to reconstruct the CT scan.  So no 'for sure' positives in diagnosis.  I have had a few light head traumas (hit head on bottom of pool after a dive) and had been flying often when this first occurred.  

A few things I'm going to track down would be a 3T MRI to 'see' if I have Endolymphatic Hydrops and the possibility of a heavy cupula as a result of canalith repositioning,

I've nearly exhausted the ENT experts - Any ideas?

Hello,

I had been flying in commercial planes, high altitude - 30,000+ feet.  I dont have the 3T MRI scheduled yet, am a little leary of the gadodiamode contrast.  Have heard varying things on this,  But would ask for that info when I do the scan. One symptom I don't have is headaches, but I'm not sure if pineal cysts always have headaches as symptom.
