Could someone please tell me what the issue is?

Hi all! I’m (25F) waiting for my next neurologist appointment, but I have full access to my medical records online, so I’ve been able to read a letter sent to my GP about my most recent EMG and nerve conduction study.

The problem is, I don’t really understand it. Could somebody please explain to me what the issue is in the simplest terms, thank you! I’ll include a a paragraph from the conclusion of the report below.

Conclusion:
The nerve conduction does not show evidence of a significant peripheral nerve lesion or a generalised large fibre neuropathy. The EMG shows a degree of motor unit remodelling which appears to be most convincing in right vasts medialis muscle. It involves the right biceps brachii muscle also to a significant degree. The pattern of motor unit remodelling appears to be myopathic however the reflexes are briskish in the upper and lower limbs.

Seems like maybe myopathy? I’m so sorry you’re going through this. What are your symptoms? Hopefully you have talked to your doctor by now.
