Issue with D5 and D6

My MRI says

Partial fusion of the posterior erements of D5 and D6 vertebrae seen.
Impression:
Mild degenerative disc disease in cervical,thoracic and lumbar spine.

L4\L5 Mild diffuse annular bulge seen causing thecal sac indentation.


Mild marginal osteophyte formation seen in the cervical vertebral bodies.
Mild disc bulges are seen at D6\7 ,D7\8 and D9/10 levels causing thecal sac compression.


I am getting severe pain from buttock to toe of right leg and right shoulder pain and whole hand is paining.Please let me know what can i do to get rid of pain.
