I cannot give you a clinical diagnosis over the internet. Its not clear to me that your symptoms are primarily of a neurological nature - when blood pressure to the brain falls one can get a fainting feeling and closing in of the vision. This can be caused by a variety of conditions most of which you do not seem to have per your investigations.
The cause can be elusive to diagnose but can be related to venous insufficiency in the legs (especially if overweight) causing venous pooling and being more prone to fainting. Or an abnormal or exagerrated/delayed autonomic nerve response to blood pressure changes. This can be treated by graded compression stockings, betablockers (to prevent a fast heart rate, that can pump blood inefficiently), or florinef (a medication to increase fluid in the blood vessels.
Further testing and reccomendations on these treatment options can be obtained from the Cleveland Clinic Syncope Clinic if you are in the area. Of course, losing weight if you are overweight is of paramount importance too.
Good luck
I'm sorry for the confusing type on the posting, but I only had so many characters to use & a lot of things to try to cram in that limited space. I want to say thank you for your time and concern! I forgot to mention that before any of these syptoms started I had a snowmobile accident no major injury maybe whiplash. After that wreck, a trip to wyoming, 3 car wrecks just whiplash mild concussion my symptoms worsened through the yrs. Sometimes it feels like I am oversensative to stimuli (like if a normal person would see blood & get faint) I do that with any anxious thought. Plus I get daily headaches typically dull, & continuous temple pressure & neck pain. What could this be? Pinched nerve or all from neurocardiologic syncope, or something else? Thank you!
