Did I have a concussion?

Hi, I got hit in the face with a soccer ball really hard, and afterwards i couldn't see for a couple of seconds Ive been dizzy almost all day, and I've had a head ache all day as well. Couple of my friends said that i might have had a concussion. Can anyone tell me what happened? I've never had this happen to me before. and if I did have a concussion, what should I do? :(

Yes, get that sorted as soon as possible.  

My husband had a co-worker who received a concussion from hitting his head on a cabinet door in his kitchen.

It is not difficult to receive a concussion.  

I would recommend getting imaging of your head, i.e. MRI, CT  for starts.
