Do I have a Nervous Problem

I started noticing that I had pains and breathing problems in late June. The pains were mainly in my chest, but would appear in other parts of my body like my leg, arm, and other places. Then later on that month, I had gas that would come and go along with the  pains. In addition a shot time after that, I started to twitch often, and have anxiety attacks. I went to the emergency room and the doctors drew blood and did chest x rays, said I had an acid reflux problem. My mom didn't put that I was twitching or anxious. The acid reflux isn't as bad and the gas is gone. I still twitch and have some trouble breathing. Some new symptoms emerged about a week ago. I feel like my forehead, and only my forehead, is filled with water or some other liquid. I also have severe headaches. Since summer began, I haven't been going outdoors much. I just stay in my room either on my computer, watching tv, playing video games, or sleeping. I think this may be a cause. Can anyone help me?

It's about 2:00 and right now I have that feeling that water is in my forehead. Other than that I'm fine. Thank you for your reply.

Hi,

How are you?
Yes staying indoors just watching tv, playing video games and computer will only give you headaches. I would advise you to get an eye exam done and also please spend some time outdoors just walking or doing some light exercises. Please cut down on your TV time and maintain hydration, eat regular balanced food. Avoid junk food and carbonated beverages.
