infraorbital nerve numbness after maxillary sinus fracture

Hello out there!

back in December 2016, I was punched in the face. Had no pain or symptoms but had a CT scan done and the doc said there's nothing that Needs to be done. Two days after that happened, my face in the Distribution (infraorbital) went numb and I visited several doctors to clear this case. The answers are the same: There's nothing that can be done. Noticed aswell that where it is numb (mostly left from the nose) there is something hard under the Skin which can be pressed and causes tingling and pain. The hard "Thing" goes down from the infraorbital foramen until my left lip. Is this a muscle??

Is there anything that can be done ?!

Thank you very much !
