Do psychogenic tremors reduce life span?

I have had tremors for 16 years, I think they're psychogenic because they always appear after I'm stressed(I have some kind of psychiatric illness that makes me think all the time). When I'm relaxed and my mind is free I never have tremors. However if I put a paper on my hand I notice a small tremor,so I guess some tremor is now present 24/7 in my body. I have learned to reduce stress and now I think less,so tremors are less frequent. Does this reduce my life span? Thanks.

No I haven't. I know I should, I asked here because I wanted to know in advance if this is lethal or not. Having a personality disorder it's hard for me to find the courage to go to a doctor to hear I'm going to die but I find it easier from a computer monitor. I guess no tremor experts are in this site then?
