I have been having severe headache everyday, lightheadedness, dizziness even when sitting or laying down it goes to the point that I see the little lights just before darkness but I have not passed out yet. feels like I cannot get enough oxygen to my brain. I am always tired very fatiqued and sometimes cannot sleep but lately that is all I can do. stomach upset nausea. Can anyone help me I am desperate and have spent so much on tests with no answers.

thank you for the information. Yeah I have had blood drawn more than  once, my blood pressure is right on and I am not overweight. I am HVAC so I get in a lot of exercise just doing my job but I also do weight training and very active until now that is. Had the EKG and all the normal tests they all come back normal. I could eat better but I do eat for sure twice a day and have increased my water intake. I see a doctor for my breathing already since I have asthma but that is not the issue. So you see my problem they have me in the shop til this is fixed and no one can seem to fix the issue.

I just have some general things to say.  As far as it being a neurology problem, on account of you get so dizzy, I don't know, but it sounds more like a pulmonary problem.

A couple general things come to mind.  Extra weight can cause you not to breathe as well as you might.  Allergy to food can cause the nausea, breathing problems, and headache.  Also, some medications can have side effects like yours.

Next time you're in the pharmacy, if they've got one of those blood pressure test machines, sit down and see what it is.  You might have low blood pressure, altho if you've been seeing docs, they would have noticed that.  If it's too low, your family doc should have noticed this and checked your blood for anemia.

But basically it sounds to me like an oxygenation problem.  Some basic stuff to try is if you notice this happens after you eat sometimes, figure out what food might be doing it.  I had a heck of a time with cashews before I figured out what it was.  Also, good daily exercise where you break a sweat, drinking plenty of water daily to prevent dehydration, practice deep breathing whenever your heart races, and if you're a thin person you should get enough food to eat throughout the day, likewise if you're heavy you gotta get maybe 20 pounds off through exercise and see if that makes a small difference.

I don't know what tests you've had or what docs you've seen, but you should have been to a pulmonologist and breathed real hard in one of their oxygen machines, and an internist should should have run an EKG tape on your heart, you should find out what your blood pressure is, and they should draw blood and check your protein levels, your glucose levels, cholesterol levels, check for anemia, stuff like that.
