Experience throbbing in top of my head

On Wednesday, I made a trip to the salon for a hair wash. While getting my hair washed, my neck and lower back part of the head was resting uncomfortably on the sink/washbasin. I ignored it at that time. 24 hours after that, I started experiencing throbbing sensation in the top of my head. I vomitted once too (I'm a bit confused since I know vomitting is not a good sign if you have hurt your head. But, since we are trying for a baby, I suspect it could be pregnancy-related too. Currently, my pregnancy test shows negative. My period is expected on Nov 2). Now, 48 hours later, the intensity and frequency of the throbbing has reduced a bit. I'm also feeling sleepy and tired pretty early at the end of the day, since the past two days. I'm confused. Is there anything to worry?
