Eye Twitch & Head Ache

I've seen the same post before....and Im shocked that so many are having the same problem.
Its been about 8 days now of constant head ache and a twitch in my lower lid of the Right eye.
It started off slow and is just progressing negatively.
I sleep approx. 8 hrs a night.... dont consume caffiene regularily, and I have limited the time I spend
infront of a computer (thinking it was eye strain).  Im not stressed out.   I have no idea what else could be
causing this.  I also have awkward sensations in my leg, which I have contributed to the fact that I have
suffered from deep-vein thrombosis of the L-leg in the past.

Hi,

Thanks for writing in.
Since you have already excluded causes like stress, anxiety, fatigue, caffeine consumption and sleep deprivation, it is important to consider other causes like excessive squinting or reading for prolonged periods of time. I some cases no cause has been found.
I would suggest you to apply warm compresses at night and massage the eye gently.
For prolonged eye twitches antihistaminic eye drops have been found to help.
Take care!

the symptoms u mentioned can be attributed to many different conditions.....I do have the same symptoms, I notice it bothers me more at times when I am over tired, and some times for no reason....but I do have a dx!
u need to see a dr and get a dx for the issues u r having.

my twitch in my lower eye lid lasted for 6 months , which was the longest non stop run....everyone thought I was winking at them.....not a good thing at work!!

Good luck
Godspeed
