I recently had an MRI and it showed that I have heterogeneous appearance of the basal ganglia due to calcifications. And also an ovoid focus of T1 shortening on precontrast images measuring 1 cm on image 16 of series 7 may be due to some hydrated calcium.
I am flipping out worrying! Help! What does all of this mean! I can't wait two weeks before I see my doctor!
