Feel every heart beat in brain

Hi,

I am a s/w developer (coder). I realize that unexpected and awful things are happening to me.

1 - I was sitting with full conciousness an concentration to my work and felt a vertigo type sensation and felt someone kick to my chair. I just surprised what was that. That always come like attack. I am unable to understand what is this.
2 - Sometimes I feel heartbeat in my head (mostly when in rest position. I can easily feel my heartbeat).
3 - My mood swings usually, without any condition or trigger(feel that I have no interest in anything, negative thoughts came in mind)
4 - I usually feel that my under surface is moving/floating (Don't know this is due to my eye sight or my work)
5 - Sometimes I feel iritation in my forehead and feel bumping heart (heart beat raise) and after that I also feel vertigo.

I have no alcohol or drug addiction.

Please help me what is happening with me. Is this anxiety ? Is this phobia ? Is this depression or stress ?

WHAT IS IT ?

Finally I decided to move to herbal treatment. I am taking that from last 20 days and feeling much better (as compared to my old days). I got a herbs/ayurveda expert doc, he just checked my artery and told me about my problem (just amazing). He suggest me that you don't need only medical treatment but you have to change you lifestyle and life cycle. Believe in god. Involve in some exercise and physical activity. And about allopathic I am taking just 10 mg of Peroxtine and 2 mg of Clonazepam and withdrawing day by day.

I would just go see a psychiatrist to see what they would say.

First I would like to say that being a s/w developer (coder) is enough to drive anyone crazy, I get a headache just thinking about. But I would have to say it sounds like a combination of stress and anxiety. I would go back to the doctor and see if there is something else he/she could give you without some of the side effects.

I want to add something. 2 years ago I have consulted a physiatrist for same and he suggest me PEROXTINE and CLONAZEPAM. It helped me that time (side effects were there). But now I am in same condition.
