Hallucinating, blurred vision, twitching, numbness and prickly pins and needles sensations?

Hopefully I'm posting this in the right forum and i'm sorry if i'm  not. For the last few weeks I've been having a lot of weird things happen to me. It all started with my eyes being very blurry. I can't read anything without them going blurry. As a matter of fact, I'm having a hard time writing this right now. I've also been having hallucinations where I see flashing lights, small floating specs, things that shouldn't move move. My right hand twitches sometimes and my feet and hands get numb and they get a pins and needles sensation. It feels like they have fallen asleep, but it happens a lot. I also get dizzy spells where it feels like the room is spinning.
What could be wrong?? This is pretty scary and I need some answers.
Thanks.

Are you on any medications?  Any prescribed or OTC medications started or stopped when the symptoms began or shortly before symptoms began?  If not, I would suggest you see your doctor asap and have someone drive you, don't drive yourself with blurred vision and vertigo.

Have you researched Basilar Artery Migrane?

Some of your symptoms seem to fit, but I guess they might fit a lot of other things as well.
