Help me with my MRI

I see the Dr (chiropractor)  for the results tomorrow but I have them in my hand now. I would like to be educated enough to ask questions  in the morning.

37 year old has neck pain and mild back pain and soreness. Right sided numbness right side facial paresthesai. rule out HNO/DDD

c2-c3 normal. AP canal diameter is 13.8
c3-c4 normal ap canal diameter is 13.5
c4-c5 disc is slightly desiccated and minimally narrowed. there is a slight right intraforaminal protrusion with right uncovertebral joint arthopathy. Facets are normal.  No stenosis. AP Canal diameter is 13.8

c5-c6 disc is slightly desiccated and minimally narrowed and has a mild annular bulge uncovertebral joint arthropathy. There is no stenosis AP canal diameter is 12.2

c6 - c7 disc is mildly desiccated. it has minimal annual bulge. No athropathies. no stenosis and AP diameter is 11.7

the rest says normal

Impression: there is a mild degenerative disc changes and associated arthritis. There are no central or foraminal stenosis.

thank you for the reply Caregiver. I have set up an appointment to see a primary care Dr. (I never really had one in a few years and recently moved)  they recommended I get all medical records together. Now this numbness is not new to me, however the neck stiffness for 1 month now and neck soreness is new.  I got a MRI results from 2011.  I am reading them for the first time it was a brain MRI *end the end I was told I was having silent migraines this is why I had numbness.  But this time around I have had it for 5 weeks... anyway 2011 results
history: right side weakness and numbness. headache.

there is a tiny focal cystic area in the side of the lower midbrain without enhancement suggestive of a small are of promiment perivasucal space
A 1.4 cm retention cyst is seen in the inferior aspect of the left maxillary sinus. minimal mucosal thickening.
no definite abnormality is seen to explain the right sided symptoms

One of the problems with chiroptractors is that they are cut off from the mainstream medical community. Many of them are brilliant, but admission to medical school these days, is often based on political ,correctness.

The right side facial numbness is not likely due to the cervical issues, but due to a palsy of a cranial nerve.

My suggest is that you definitely require an evaluation by an M.D. and a neurologist. I am not a happy camper with the idea that your pain is due to a problem that can be solved through manipulation. Maybe yes. Maybe no.

There are many possible etiologies, including meningitis, which nis unlikely. You do not identify the specific areas of numbess and weakness sufficiently for me to identify the nerve pathways.

A diagnosis is above my pay grade, but I have a remote suspician that you may have inflamation secondary to an infection in the spinal cord.

You need an in-person evaluation by M.D.'s. As soon as possible.

I should also ask, I have only seen a chiropractor, should I be seeing a regular MD? or someone different?
