I can't figure out what's wrong with me... HELP!

Hi. I am a 17 year old female student (asian) who has been having weird symptoms for the last 3 months.
I hope to be a doctor someday, so I have a lot of interest in health normally... So I am usually very observative in my habits and behavior as well as unusual symptoms of my body.

Since about 8 months ago, I have been having occasional feeling of numbness in my arms and legs, sometimes altogether and sometimes separately. I thought it was an effect of a possible neck and back problem since I have fallen on my head 3 times and on my back (bottom) 2 times, so I usually ignored those symptoms.

Sometimes, when I was sitting down, I could feel as if I was falling to my back or as if someone was pulling me backwards (vertigo). It also happenes when I am lying down but it usually gets better when I change my position sideways.

About 3 months ago, I started to feel that parts of my leg muscle would twitch or show minor spasm for a couple of seconds and then go away, usually on my thigh and calf. At first, I could only feel it but occasionally I could see the muscle moving. Then, I felt that it was moving upwards and now, although not frequent, I have a similar twitching on my arms and on my right index finger.

About 2 weeks ago, I started to feel as if I my body is vibrating. It is constant and doesn't go away even if I change my sitting position. It happens while I am sitting and even when I changed my chair into one without wheels, I could still feel that it was there.

There are other weird physical symptoms that I have been having.
In one occasion, when I had a fight with someone where I had to shout, (not sure if it was because I was agitated or some sort of an anxiety attack) but my whole body got pale and according to my mom, I was holding my hand into a fist that she couldn't manage to open it. During the 10-15 minutes of the attack, I couldn't feel my face or open my hands and I had a weird numbing sensation all over my body.

Besides this, I have constant feeling of dizzyness whenever I stand up too quickly or I do exercize. If I had to describe the dizzyness, I can feel my heartbeat on my hears, my sight gets darkened, I feel like throwing up and as if in any moment I could fall to the floor. I have once fallen to the floor while trying to open a door right after getting quickly out of my bed, but it was only 1 time. For this, I did a general check. My blood tests said that it was all normal except a slightly high colesterol and the electrocardiogram showed that my heart was normal.

I don't have any medical issues except for gastritis and alergies to spring and cats. Also, I don't drink, smoke or consume any type of drugs.
I exercize 3 times a week and eat normally.

There are a lot of symptoms that could be indicating separate things or it could all be caused because I'm tired.
But I became worried as I was having so many things in such a short interval of time.
I haven't been to the doctor except for the time I got my dizzyness checked, since my mom doesn't want to believe that there is a problem with me.

What could be wrong with me?
Thank you
