I don't know whats wrong with me

Recently I have been experiencing headaches when I never got them before unless it was for sinuses or after crying. These headaches usually occur a couple times a weak and do not go away when I take over the counter pain killers. There not horrible like migraines however just kind of hurt and are annoying. Sometimes I also get just like a sharp pain on my head in different placs that go away basically right away. I've also felt fatigued even on a normal nights sleep and do not have the same desire to do some of the things I normally enjoy. I am generally very happy however so I don't think it could be depression. I also have been having very vivid dreams. A lot of the time they seem so real that the next day I'm not sure if what I'm remembering actually happened or if I just dreamed it. Lastly I just do not feel well, and think that something could be wrong. I'm not a hypochondriac but sometimes I think a minor pain can be more serious than it is, but I always just brush that off. I would not be posting this if this I really did not believe that something was not right.

Thank you for your question. Although without being able to examine you I can not offer you the specific advice on diagnosis and treatment that you need, but I would try to provide you some relevant information about your health concern.

I would recommend that possibilities like stress/anxiety (although may not be evident by you), migrainous, cluster, tension and refractive errors that need to be evaluated thoroughly with the help of a neurologist here. Migraine like headache can be throbbing, one sided of face & head and preceded by aura (starts with blurred vision) and increases in women during menstruation or hormonal imbalance. Cluster headache may appear as burning, explosive in nature and tear appears from eyes. Tension headache originates with stress and anxiety disorder. Please arrange an appointment with a neurologist right away who will evaluate the further underlying disorders by clinically examine you & ordering MRI or CT scan here that may be the main reasons of your headache attacks & other symptoms and can provide you an appropriate treatment. Hope this information proves helpful to you. Take Care & Regards!!!
