Numb Toes, pain in hands and arms. Negative EMG and Brain MRI

I am a 32 year old female in good health.  I have experienced come and go joint like pain in my hands and feet for approximately 2 years.  RA and Lupus tests were negative.  At the begining of October I noticed my left three toes were tingling and numb after taking a shower.  This continued for about 3 weeks before I went to see the doctor.  They ordered a lower lumbar MRI which was clear.  The day of the MRI my right hand experience sharp pain (like joint pain).  The following day my left hand also hurt and the pain began to spread up both arms to my shoulders.  The pain in my arms felt more like throbbing/aching.  It was hard to sleep at which point I went to see my doctor again.  (No pain meds helped)  He put me on Ultram and gave me a referral to a neurologist.  The Ultram helped, but I had an allergic reaction and had to stop taking it.  The pain subsided, but my toes are still numb (most noticable after a shower).  The neurologist conducted an EMG and sent me for a brain MRI.  Both were normal.  He stated that I have hyper reflexes and was especially interested in the fact that my balances are not great and I frequently have spells of dizziness.  Unfortunately after my MRI came back normal I've been left in limbo without any further direction as to where to go.  I know you cannnot diagnose me, but I'm just looking for some direction as to what I should do next.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

Just decided to see a doctor about this very thing. Started off with pins and needles a few months ago in fingers and toes. Now weakness and pain after use in forearms and hands and numbness on sides of both big toes.

I am having very similar symptoms with a negative RA and lupus test as well, and have just started getting the numbness/tingling in my toes (only it's my right three little toes). I was prescribed vicodin and ibuprofen for the pain, but all they do is make it a little more bearable.

In all of the research I've done, Lupus seems like the closest fit, but no doctor seems able to help me and give me SOME kind of diagnosis. I'm beginning to feel like they think it's all in my head, but these aches and pains in my joints and some muscles tell me differently. I hope we get our answers soon.
