Findings:
Cervical spine: There is reversal of the normal cervical lordosis which could relate to neck muscle spasm. There is marginal osteophyte formation and disc space narrowing present at C4-C5, C5-C6, and C6-C7. No spondylolisthesis. No acute fracture or osseous destructive process. No widening of the anterior atlantodental interval. No prevertebral soft tissue swelling. The visualized lung apices are unremarkable.
Thoracic spine: No acute thoracic compression fracture or osseous destructive process. There is minimal degenerative spurring of the thoracic spine. The incidentally observed soft tissues of the chest are unremarkable.
Lumbar spine: There is degenerative change of the lumbar spine in the form of marginal osteophyte formation with disc space narrowing and facet arthropathy observed at L4-L5 and L5-S1. No spondylolisthesis. No acute lumbar compression fracture. No pars defects appreciated radiographically. The incidentally observed paraspinal soft tissues are unremarkable.
