Arachnoid cyst; What is it?

I've been diagnosed with an arachnoid cyst in the right frontal lobe of my brain as of 5/15/2008. I have been involved in 3 auto accidents with head trauma, the most recent was 5/15/08 when the cyst was "discovered". I realize that further study is needed since the medical procedure used was a catscan; the Dr. said an MRI is called for.
This auto accident took place on I-90 near Billings, MT.; my car lost control on a rain slick highway and the car hit a guardrail head-on at 60 mph. + according to the State Trooper.
What type(s) of problems may or will result from this impact? The airbags on my car did not deploy! Right now I have assorted aches, pains, lightheadedness and am dizzy and fatigued all of the time.

Arachnoid cysts represent benign cysts that occur in the cerebrospinal axis in relation to the arachnoid membrane. The most common clinical features are headache, bulging, and seizures,  focal neurologic are not very common. The exact cause of arachnoid cysts is not known and it is possible that you may be having it since long as trauma rarely causes arachnoid cyst.Your headache and fatigue may be due to the collision and the accidental impact  There could be odema.. Symptoms include:headache,mental confusion,lightheadedness ,dizziness,double vision, blurred vision, or tired eyes ,ringing in the ears ,bad taste or metallic taste in the mouth ,fatigue or lethargy ,a change in sleep patterns ,behavioral, personality or moodchanges, trouble with memory, concentration ,decreased coordination . You should go in for a MRI for finer details.
