Is this a nervous system issue or lymph system issue?

I have battled tick borne illnesses, Lyme & Babesia, for 2 years until I felt well again. Since November of last year (when I stopped treatment and felt well) I've slowly declined back into poor health. I had testing done 2 weeks ago to check if the Lyme & Babs came back/never went away/other coinfections are involved, and will hear which ones came up positive tomorrow.(was told some things popped up positive) In the meantime I've recently experienced a progression of severe symptoms that started out severe flank pain, evolved into flank and front ulq, mid, and urq pain, vomiting and inability to eat solid foods until today(small bits at a time), to an almost strange spasming in esophagus & stomach & off & on paralysis of my entire left side, face to foot. Are these my nerves signaling damage has been/is being done to them, or is this my lymphatic system that's nearby agitating all these neighboring organs and muscles? I seem to also show signs of dehydration despite all my water drinking and gatorade cut with water.
