L4 L5 spinal injury and CFS leak
I injured myself 8/25 and within this amount of time
I have continually gotten worse and sought out care
I discovered my L4L5 are bulged and I'm suffering
Leak out my nose and ear, I've gained 20lbs
And the pain is ridiculous, I'm mean and miserable,
I've been referred to a neuro Dr and I'm scared to death
With my luck ill need surgery and I'm not doing it:(

Luckily I assumed a brace for traction of Spine was needed, so I got lucky and got a good price on a ortho- back:) but I'm scared
To allow manipulation due to the Torn Rotator cuff I've been nursing

I am sorry to hear about your medical problems. However, I am not clear whether you have leaking of CSF from ear or nose (both which are uncommon), or just discharge from ear and nose. Foreign body in the ear, infected wax, perforation of the ear drum with internal ear infection can all cause ear discharge. Nose discharge can be due to sinusitis, polyp, foreign body etc. Please consult an ENT for a clear evaluation.
Bulging discs can be treated by conservative means like physiotherapy, manual traction, spinal manipulation, pain killers, epidurals etc. Surgery is performed only if conservative treatments fail. Please discuss with your specialist. Take care!
