Here are your MRI findings:
C2-C3: Broad-based 1 mm protrusion is present. Central canal and foramen are patent. Cord is
normal.
C3-C4: Disc height is reduced with broad-based 2 mm posterior protrusion. Central canal is
borderline size with normal cord. Mild symmetric foraminal narrowing is present due to bilateral
uncinate joint and facet joint arthrosis.
C4-C5: Disc is reduced in height. There is 3.5 mm right paracentral disc herniation which abuts right
ventral cord. There is mild effacement of right ventral cord. There is mild central canal stenosis.
There is mild bilateral foraminal narrowing due to uncinate joint and facet joint arthrosis.
C5-C6: There is broad-based 3.5 mm spondylitic protrusion which abuts ventral cord. There is mild
central canal stenosis with effacement of CSF around the cord. There is moderate right and
moderately severe left foraminal stenosis due to uncinate joint and facet joint arthrosis.
C6-C7: Broad-based 3 mm spondylitic protrusion is eccentric to the left. Protrusion abuts ventral cord
without cord compression. There is mild central canal stenosis. Right foramen is patent. Moderately
severe left foraminal narrowing is present due to protrusion, uncinate joint and facet joint arthrosis
The EMG showed carpal tunnel syndrome on the R side.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
