Hi,

Thanks for writing in.
MS is characterized by paresthesias and muscle aches and pains that can involve any part of the body or any group of muscles. However please remember that symptoms of MS are mimicked by many other conditions like peripheral neuropathy, B12 deficiency, stroke, nerve compression and fibromyalgia. There is a possibility in your case that your symptoms are due to nerve compression in the thigh and peripheral neuropathy.
I would suggest you to relax and undergo a complete evaluation and tests like MRI and CT scan and also lumbar puncture. On the basis of these tests and examination a diagnosis can be made.
