Gas trouble may result from simple causes like an improper diet. Please take a diet rich in fruits and vegetables. Avoid fast food and canned foods. Go for exercise regularly- stretching, cycling, swimming. Take OTC carminatives to expel gas. These measures may help. Please go for a USG abdomen and consult a physician if the symptoms persist.
