Multiple Sclerosis

What kind of terminology wold be used on an MRI report that might indicate MS?

These are the results of my MRI.

No evidence of:
1) acute infact
2) intercranial heamorage
3) mass effect
4) midline shift
5) hydrocephalus
6) no diffusion restriction
7) no evidence of high signal, atrophy or asymnettric temporal horn enlargement
8) no gray matter heterotopia
9) schizencephaly
10) midline structures are unremarkable
11)  there is a well formed corpus callosum
12) no abnormal parenchymal or meengreal enhancement
13) the orbits are normal
14) paranasal sinuses and mastoid  air cells are well aerated.
15) no evidence of hemorrhage, mass lesion or acute infarction
16) normal appearing temporal horns

Sorry, just reread the post.  I skimmed too fast over the "NO EVIDENCE" statement before you start listing the other information.  

This MRI is unremarkable=normal MRI

Failed to mention in my initial post that there are a SMALL amount of people who have MS and didn't present with an abnormal MRI. I am not saying this is your situation, but the possibility exists.  Most patients present with lesions.  

The MRI is not indicating MS, however, you can't just use an MRI to diagnose MS either.

In my opinion, there is NO issue with MS here, however, there are abnormalities.
