Right eye vision blurred throughout the day, pressure on right sinus.

For the past 2 months I have woken up with perfect vision but gradually throughout my day, my right eye gets blurry and i feel pressure throughout the right side of my face and neck, sometimes in my right ear. This causes me to be extremely dizzy and feel tired all the time. I had Lasik Surgery 2 years ago after wearing glasses and contacts for 20 years (I am 29 years old).  I thought that this was occurring because I recently started an office job where I spend a lot of time looking at a computer. However, I went to my eye dr and she told me that was not the case and she thought I had corneal edema. She asked me to start using Muro 128, stop wearing eyeliner under my eyes, and to wear a heat mask at night for 20-30 minutes. I have been using the Muro 128 for about a month, stopped wearing eye makeup altogether (which has been hard), and the heat mask. I am getting worried that it may not be a problem with my eye but a deeper issue. Any thoughts, advice, or help is appreciated. Thanks!
