Hi...there is a surgery for a CSF obstruction, but it depends on what the obstruction is...if u had Chiari and it was cerebral tonsils they do a posterior fossa decompression....this allows more space for the CSF to flow.
If it is a bulging disk, they can go in and repair the disk....
And if it was a syrinx...depending on the location and size of the syrinx will depend on the solution....sometimes they do the same surgery as mentioned above, if the syrinx is large enuff they may use a stent or shunt to help the syrinx shrink.
Did u get copies of ur MRA and CT's or the reports?
U may also consider conditions called ICP, or POTS..either can cause pressure like HA's....
