One shot haloperidol brain damage?

Dear All,
I got a haloperidol injection only once. No additional medications received. I read online that it causes brain shrinkage. I would like to ask if I have to worry about it as I got only one injection.
Thanks in advance for the help.

additional info: the case happened a year ago.
I made an official MENSA adaptive IQ test recently and scored no mistake, giving me an IQ above 125. For exact results I would need to take a test for exceptional intelligence. I did not do tests beforehand however. I understand this sounds hypochondriac but I dedicated my whole life to learn IT/programming and I need my brain in top shape.
