I'm 57 old female that had c5 c6 and c7 fusion and spurs removed in July 2014 as the pain was like having a tooth age 24/7 and took all type of pain killers that were killing my liver. After the surgery a felt good, about two month later I had a terrible headache that took me to the ER and front that point on notice headaches, light headed, neck, shoulders constant pain and my hands are begging to claw. On top of I was referred to an specialist to figure out why my liver enzymes were too high, it turned to be NASH with fibrosis level 2, from all the pain medications prescribe to control the neck pain. I was told to stay as much as can out pain pills. Per x-ray taken as follow up of neck fusion, it shows there is no bone growth, been wearing for 4 hours every day a neck bone growth collar, taken vitamin D everyday, eating health, increase in amount of food that contains calcium. At tens after the surgery, there no bone growth. Surgeon wants to do another surgery now is going to be a plate in the back of my neck...he wants to wait to see what will be the outcome of liver problem. Does anybody had an opinion or suggestion. Thank you for letting me share this problem, I feel get tire of hearing the same over and over, worse part not many people understand this unless you have the problem.
