Very weird uncontrollable shaking in hand.

Hello, I was wondering if anyone had any similar issues or guidance for me.

So basically since 2017, whenever I masturbated my right hand started an uncontrollable shake. This shake lasts for about 3-5 minutes and it cannot be stopped or helped. I’ve always just ignored it since it never effected me in any way. However, my first child was born on the 13th and we were awake all night.. soon after birth the shake started again, it was so bad I had to put the baby down. And again today, the shake happened. The nurses at the hospital seemed very concerned and it worried me. My health anxiety has now returned and I’ve convinced myself I have some type of terrible disorder and it’s going to be permanent or something… I can’t really go to a clinic because of my newborn.. any guidance?

It might be essential tremor. My mom has it, and though it's annoying, it doesn't seem to worry her doctor. You might google it, Mayo Clinic's website has a good description. If it looks plausible, ask your doctor and see if you can get a diagnosis.
