Pressure in head

I suffer from a condition in which there is an extreme pressure in my head and I feel dissociated from reality and my brain and my emotions. I am unable to process sensory information or understand conversation because of this. My memory is terrible and most of the time I am too tired to think. This has been happening to me for about 2 years now. I am unable to process anything I read or hear or see, and am unable to imagine things clearly in my head. When I try to think, my thoughts are incredibly slow. I have seldom heard anyone recover from this.
