Could small dosages of electrical micro current therapy awaken a coma patient?

Could low voltages of electrical micro current therapy help cure more medical problems??

Imagine dramatic improvement with patients diagnosed with....

*Brain Damage
*Coma Patients
*Alzheimer's
*Mental Retardation

The treatment definetely increases brain activity,
with the synapses working at dramatic levels.

I have been doing much research of the medical advances
of this alternative treatment.  Of course these dosages would
be at a much much lower voltage.  NOT shock therapy!

The kinetics of the human body naturally produces this
electric activity or synapses in the human brain.  That is
why it is proven that people who are more physically active,
have the best brain activity!!!

Being physically active increases blood flow and creates
the synapses in the brain!!!

Patients diagnosed with coma, brain damage, alzheimers, etc.
All these patients are much less physically active, and cannot
produce the brain activity necessary!!

So...  Could this alternative treatment help them??

Even a small jump in brain activity would be a success!!

I believe this treatment is under estimated.

What do you guys think????

The therapy that I'm referring to would definently NOT be high voltage.

High voltage therapy always leads to brain damage and long term ill effects,
not to mention more problems with the nervous system than anyone needs.

This therapy would be low level impulses & painless for the patients....

Although at much lower levels, at the same frequency of our brainwaves!!

The results could be amazing!!

Get a copy of the book "The Electric Body" , which you will find interesting. There is a physician I know experimenting with placing patients in a high voltage Tesla room for such purposes. I am not at liberty to say who he is, as the experiments are not FDA approved, but the room generates millions of volts and you sit in a chair and throw lightening bolts with your fingers in the manner of the turn-of-the-century Tesla images. I have sat in the chair and experienced the treatments, and the electricity has interesting effects on the brain I felt strongly. I would not be surprised if elecftrical therapies had a role in awakening coma patients.

Granted, it would take time to get such approval for a study.

Although just imagine if the study was a success!!

Paul, imagine... Seeing the eyes open of a 10 year coma patient!

Just imagine the possibilities!!  And all it took was a little jump-start.

Hi.

The natural evolution of treatment method requires stringent regulatory criteria beginning from a good theoretical foundation up to the conduct of well designed clinical trials and eventually FDA approval.

Your proposed solution may indeed have theoretical basis, but theory is not sufficient.  You would need a good deal of logistics and funds to be able to verify these claims through massive clinical trials, and these should be verified by the FDA.

Regards.
