Twitchy Vibrating Leg?

Ok so over the past few months I have noticed my leg vibrating. I f I am sitting in a chair with my legs straight down it would be a motion like I am bouncing a child on my lap. Except shorter and much quicker. It actually makes my leg move up and down. It usually happens right after I have done a bit of running. I used to run in Track at school and it never happened. I am only 14 about to turn 15 and I know that Parkinson's is rare in children but this is starting to freak me out. My mom won't take me seriously if I just tell her my leg is twitching so I really need something to make her think. I have been thinking of Parkinson's because apparently my friends call me injury prone and I have bad motor skills/ hand eye coordination plus this so please help me.

Simple fatigue can cause muscles to twitch, and clumsiness in people your age is very common as the body grows too fast for the brain to keep track of it.

If you can actually see the muscles moving in little waves under the skin - when the leg's still - then see your doctor. Otherwise I wouldn't worry about it.
