Scary numbness please help

I have been experiencing numbness in my right arm, Hand and face . Im still able to move these body parts normally and the numbness usually travels up my body not staying in one spot for more than 5mins. I Also have anxiety could that be causing it? Please help it scary and I just need some advice. Thank you

Based on reading your post in the anxiety community and your age...Im like 98% sure this is anxiety.  Numbness and tingling is a very common symptom which I get alllll the time.  The fact its moving really convinces me its anxiety because, that is exactly what happens to me when I get an anxiety attack.  Dont worry at all.  WOrrying about this numbness and tingling will exaggerate the feeling so try and get your mind off it by reading or writing, or watching tv, or painting, drawing, cooking, whatever hobbies you may be into.  This is completely normal with anxiety!

This is not anxiety. You require an immediate neurological evaluation at an ER, preferably a stroke center. They will probably take both an MRI and MRA, or a CT if the MRI equipment is not available. This means an evaluation as of yesterday. Leave the cat with your neighbor and make tracks.
