Blew nose a lot, now have sharp head pain

So, basically, I've had a cold for about a week now, and about 3-4 nights ago, I started waking up and feeling like my nose was bleeding, so I'd blow my nose only to find that the substance was yellow, and a lot of it. I did this a couple of times a night, constantly being awoken due to it. The snot, or whatever it is, was vastly consisting from coming out the right nostril. It wasn't until yesterday before I went into work that I started having a sharp pain in my forehead above my left eyebrow. I had the pain all day, and it spread from my forhead to right above my right cheekbone. The pain however, faded out towards the end of the night and was gone by the time I went to sleep. However, I awoke at night to similar nostril discomfort where I proceeded to blow my nose, after which the pain returned, yet much worse and consisted pretty much in the same area, left eye socket to forhead. After about 20 minutes of consistant pain, my nose made a weird sound and the pain went away. It wasn't until morning when I woke up and blew my nose that the pain came back, not nearly as severe as the night, but still here. It isn't very noticeable when sitting down, but when looking down, standing up, lying down, coughing, sneezing, the pain becomes very sharp and hurts.

I know this was like 7 years ago, but I'm having the same problem. I assume you're still living? If you see this please let me know haha.

I blew my nose too hard now it is hard to sleep with sharp head pains from mostly breathing air into my right nostril. I keep a tissue blocking my right nostril for now it helps, but still aggravating when you don't get enough air through your nostrils, so either way colds suck.

God damn, no edit button, unless I'm an idiot.

What I'm asking is what should I do, should I go to the hospital, or should I wait it out?

I'd also like to note that I'm currently working in a small city in Northern China as an English teacher. The location is very very dry and I'm from Ontario Canada. No doctors would speak English and as such I'll need to go in with my boss who speaks some English.
