So many symptoms

I'am a 38yr old female that has suffered with headaches for the last 10yrs or more. I have gone to several doctors only to be told" It's just stress" i have had problems with abnormal meustral cycles, digestion, severe head pressure, mood swings, irritibility, headaches, rapid heart beat, sweating around the neck, swelling in the feet and around the ankles, swelling around the wrist, numbness of the arms and feet, tingling in the arms and feet, cramping of the feet, unbearable muscle spasms in the neck and shoulders, severe dizziness, occasional nausea, sensitivity to cold(face would break out in welps),depression, and there may be others i have left out. A recent MRI showed a 5cm tumor on the pituitory gland and deep white brain matter deterioation,non-specific. I'm waiting on a neurology consult,it's been weeks and i'm freaking out. I have no idea what to expect with sooooo many symptoms. I have searched the web for any and all the information i could find, but i still have questions. I just want to know if i will ever feel better,or if this is the way i will be for the rest of my life, and soon start to lose my memory of things happening in my life, which has already seemed to start on a certain level.

Hi there. I understand your predicament and how bad it must for you to struggle with so many issues without a clue of the diagnosis.  There is a pituitary gland tomor, possibly microadenoma causing menstrual problems and deep white brain matter deterioration probably multiple sclerotic changes causing the plethora of symptoms that you are having.  Your cerebro spinal fluid needs to be examined for oligoclonal bands, lyme’s disease etc need to be excluded. I really hope lot of matters would be understood on your next neurological consultation. Take care and all the best.

I don't want to give you false hope and I am not claiming to know for sure, but, from what I understand, when you don't get a call from the doctors, it means it's not the worst. As a rule, when tests are done in hospitals, no news is good news. If you can call them, at least you would know.

My heart goes out to you, when I was 14, I was told I might have a cancerous tumor. I went for two weeks thinking I was going to die. My mom finally couldn't take it anymore and demanded to know what the tests showed. I had a silent migraine. I empathise with your fear and I am sorry you are going through this.

I cannot say anything that will make it all better. I can let you know, someone out there cares and hopes the best for you. You are not alone. If you need to talk to someone, please message me.
