Stiffness in Brain

Hello,
I feel the muslces or veins in my brain are very rigid or stiff.I can feel the muscles  contracting and expanding.It disturbs my thinking ability, as a result I am not able to concentrate.I have been experiencing this for a couple of months,i don't have any other physical ailments other than this.Please get me a solution..............

Thanks forthe advice,it was really considerate.I had a CT scan & verified it with the best local neurologist in my place.He said my health is excellent, I have no problems at all.He also said I look quite disturbed and told me to consult a psychiatrist.But I strongly feel this stiffness in brain,this was developed due to some incidents in the past which had hurt me,as i kept on thinking over again & again developed some kind of rigidness in my brain...............Can u suggest me a best solution??
