Is my tremor a medicine side effect or should I be concerned?

Hello.....I am a 42 y/o female who has had a tremor in both hands for several years. My tremors are not noticeable unless I have my wrists resting on a counter top or something similar. Then my hand(s) go to shaking. They do not shake while I am doing tedious tasks or are still at my side or in my lap. Just when my wrists are resting. And it happens just about every time!

A little background info now......I have Bipolar Disorder, OCD, anxiety (social & generalized) for which I take meds daily. They include: Topamax 200 mgs daily......Zoloft 250 mgs daily........Elavil 50 mgs daily. I also take Klonopin PRN & Vistaril PRN. I also have Sjogren's Syndrome (dx 4/22/16)  I take Plaquenil 400 mgs daily......Evoxac  90 mgs daily. I have been Bipolar for 14 years, and I have been on a lot of meds. But this current cocktail I have been on for about 3 years now and haven't had a med increase in at least 18 months. The Plaquenil I have only been on for 3 weeks (4th attempt at taking it) and the Evoxac I have been on since the beginning of May.

What I am wanting to know is could my tremors be from the Elavil or Zoloft (I am on a high dose)? Even after being on them for this long? And if so why hasn't the Topamax helped slow them down? Or is this something I should get checked out? I should also mention that I was dx with Pars Planitis in Sept of last year. I am on no meds for it just being closely monitored. But I have been told several times that MS & Pars Planitis go hand in hand.

Thanks in advance for ANY input anyone has!!
Lisa
