I am a 14 year old Boy.

Just to note at the time I was dehydrated hadnt eaten alot and my sleep schedule was sleep in the day stay up at night.

I went to the shower turned it on and sat down (I like sitting in the shower so what) then I did my thing and when I was finished I got up and turned of the shower and as soon as I stepped out the shower my eyes gradually started to see blackness then I started to feel my body shutting down then I opened the door lyed down on my bed with no clothes on then after 5-10 I felt better and could see, I was awake through all of this and didnt pass out but I felt like it.

The drill is to tell your mom/dad go to an ER. Not to wait to tell Nancy nurse.

While is is 99 percent likely that dehydration and hunger represent the etiology, every so often you get hit with what is called "the golden Bee-bee"

In the event of any loss of consciousness, in the United States this means 24 hour observation in the hospital.

If you feel that way again, the drill is to call 911.

Meanwhile, stay hydrated..

May I call you Ash? :)

Dehydration and hunger can lead to low blood pressure.  A symptom of low blood pressure includes feeling like you are going to pass out after standing up suddenly.

For myself, the blackness is sort of tunnel that starts on the outside of my vision and moves inward.

Tell your mom or dad or school nurse about what you physically felt.  Ask if you can see your pediatrician/doctor for a checkup.  It is always good to know if there is something going on that could indicate an issue rather than just a one-time event.

And, if you ever feel that way again, please don't walk to your bed or anywhere else.  Just lay down where you are standing.  Laying down will help if your blood pressure is low.  Laying down also helps you avoid injuring yourself if you do pass out while standing.  I've pulled a piece of  furniture down on me after trying to hold on to that furniture and wait out a "spell".  That was painful and it taught me to just lay down.

Again, please tell someone that can help you get a checkup so that anything serious can be ruled out.
