Twitching Or Jerking Movements, Painful 30 Second Headaches

Some background info: I'm 18 years old, a female with a family history of Migraines and Epilepsy.

For the last year or so I've been twitching or maybe a better description is a jerking movement. It will be either a split second thing, like my leg will twitch or jerk, or my shoulder will, or it will be continuous for awhile, like my fingers twitching for five minutes, or my eye lids twitching and not just my bottom one, it will be my top or my bottom. It's on both sides of my body, it will be my shoulder, my toes, my leg, my arm, my eyes even my face like my eyebrows or around my nose. I've noticed also that they often come in groups, like my arm will jerk, than my calf muscle and then my eyes will twitch for a while. Sometimes it isn't even my whole muscle it will just be like the side of my knee twitching for a few minutes and then it goes away. Things like this happen 50 or 60 times a day, so many that I can't even count.

Another thing that concerns me is I will get 3 or 4 times a week up to one a day these horrible headaches, they're always in the front of my head around my forehead they are so painful I have to close my eyes and wait it out, but they only last 30 seconds to a minute?

Also, every now and then I'll get really sensitive skin on my arms, it starts in one spot and spreads out, it hurts horribly to the touch, it will spread out for one day, hurt for a few and then slowly go away, and it is almost always on my hands and my arms.

I've seen a neurologist and had an EEG and an MRI with and without contrast but had to cancel my follow up appointment and have yet to be able to reschedule an appointment. I know the best thing is to just wait and see what the doctor says, but I'm dying to know if anyone else has had similar things, or what anyone else says?

Another thing I forgot to mention is once or twice I haven't been able to speak properly, I was asking my sister if she had the directions to somewhere but I kept saying "Do you...do you... do you.. uh hold on.. do you.." and I couldn't get the world "Directions" out. It didn't feel like your typical "brain fart" as my mom calls them. I don't know if this is a symptom or not...
