It is this a nerve damage

I had a c-section almost 6 mounts ago, after a week when I was trying to go back to my regular activities, I notice that my arms were very week, an electric sensation in both hand make me  brake a lot of glasses, I was having trouble to hold my baby, It is very frustrating and this is getting bad and bad. Until today I can't manage my regular activities always asking for help, I use my left hand almost for everything because is the left the one that is not that bad, I fell like a cold sensation in my back too (the right side) when I force my right hand to work. I saw the neurologist last week but she does not think is a nerve problem she said that maybe  muscular. I don't know if this has to be with the fact that when I was on c-section they has to put me to sleep because the anesthesia on that side of my body wasn't working so I start feeling everything. It was a very bad experience.
