Can ghost vision and starbursts be neurological problem?

I already went with 3 ophtalmologists and 2 optometrists and they told me nothing wrong with my eyes except low astigmatism and "dry eye" but my glasses don't fix my problems. My ghosting is monocular both eyes and starbursts even at day. They seem to get worse day after day. Ghosting appears when focus on something or reading for at least 30 seconds, if I squint (not really close my eyes) I can see worse the ghosting. I feel anxious and obsessed 24/7 about my problems, only 1 eye doctor told me it could be some damage in my head, other doctor told me is a refractive problem and finally other doctor told me I need to learn how to live with my symptoms but they seem to get worse. Could these be a neurological?

I’m going through the same situation. Any update on your ghosting?
