Visual disturbances (shaky vision), dryness of the mouth/tongue, tinnitus.

A little about me: I am male, 30 years old. In 2010, I was diagnosed with a subtype of Miller Fisher syndrome (typical blood indicator not elevated in my case, treated with immunoglobulin). Double vision when looking up is the only thing that remains.

I am a non-smoker, not taking any medications, and I am an athlete (strength training, active until 5 months ago). I am only allergic to penicillin. I am a father of two children. There is no other known familial medical history, but on my paternal side, there is a history of stomach cancer and one case of liver/spinal cord cancer.

In January, it started with increased thirst and frequent urination. Then dizziness occurred, followed by numbness in the limbs (left arm and hand, then moving to the right). I went to the hospital once, but nothing was found, and I was sent home with a diagnosis of electrolyte imbalance.

In February, my family and I had a gastrointestinal illness, and after recovering from that, I experienced sudden stiffness in the neck. It was treated with pain medication (ibuprofen), and the stiffness disappeared after 3 days. Two weeks later, I started experiencing visual disturbances while working on the computer (blurriness, blurred letters, blurred areas in the image). My overall health rapidly declined, accompanied by head pressure and neck/back of the head pain. There was a change in stool appearance, becoming pale with even lighter spots.

The visual disturbances worsened, with high sensitivity to light. Car lights left streaks in my vision, and daylight became extremely bothersome. I experienced left-sided head pressure and headaches. Over Easter, I was admitted to the neurology department of the hospital. They performed a CT scan and an MRI of the head, as well as a lumbar puncture. Everything was normal, and I was discharged. My overall health worsened, and I developed stomach issues. After discharge, I had severe headaches for 2 days (on a scale of 1-10, I would rate them as 9). The visual disturbances persisted. My primary care physician also detected signs of inflammation in my urine and treated me with antibiotics. The frequency of urination decreased from that point onwards. In May, my stomach issues worsened, and I was admitted to the hospital again. A gastrointestinal endoscopy was performed, revealing mild gastritis. Nothing else was found. After the examination, I developed tinnitus in both ears. I was then referred to the neurology department due to recurring dizziness and worsening visual disturbances (changing from blurred fields to shaky vision, the entire image shakes). Another MRI of the head, EEG, and blood tests were performed. I also saw an ophthalmologist, but everything was normal. Head pressure and pain shifted from the left side to the right side.

I was discharged once again, and during that time, a 24-hour EKG was conducted (my nighttime pulse was once at 42, and during the day, it was around 48, but it was considered unproblematic due to my athletic condition). According to my fitness watch, my pulse ranges from 70 to 80, but when sitting, it sometimes drops below 60. After physical exertion, my pulse takes a long time to return to normal. This was not the case before, but I suspect it's because I've lost some of my athletic advantages. My blood sugar was also tested and found to be normal.

Symptoms that persist include visual disturbances/shaky vision (increasing in severity, 3 days ago, my left eye was almost normal, but now it's worse in both eyes.

I have also noticed that my eyes have difficulty focusing sharply), dryness (my mouth has become bluish and dry, despite adequate fluid intake. My tongue is coated with a white layer. At the back of my throat, there are noticeably red and streaked veins, sometimes accompanied by white secretions). I experience head pressure and pain on the left and right sides (never on both sides, always on one side. Sometimes it is only weakly noticeable). Numbness in the limbs (in the mornings, tingling in the feet and hands), and I had severe dizziness the day before yesterday. I have dark blue circles under my eyes, which are now also visible on the eyelids (the skin has become very thin). By the end of the day, my eyes are filled with veins, but in the mornings they are almost normal. I have a general feeling of illness. Tinnitus is still present in both ears and increasing in intensity. At night, I feel like I can hear my blood, and the pressure in my head is increased while resting and it makes the tinnitus louder.

I have also noticed significantly reduced hair growth (beard, scalp hair, body hair), and my nails are growing slower. Additionally, I've observed that my left outstretched middle finger shakes strongly. Uncontrolled muscle twitches have also occurred, in my arms, legs, abdomen, and lower eyelid. This happens more frequently throughout the day.

I am scheduled for an MRI of the cervical spine (HWS), but other than that,

I am somewhat at a loss as to what else I can do. I am no doctor but it feels like not enough fluid is coming into my head.
