What do you all think is going on

I have a couple of things going on but I don’t have a diagnosis yet but wanted to see what you all think is going on. I have drop foot in my left ankle, weakness in my left shoulder with mild pain and also weakness in my left hand so basically overall weakness in my left side. And I can sleep all day and have brain fog. Do you all have any suggestions ideas or advice. I also have als and Parkinson’s that runs in my family

This is most certainly something you should see a doctor for as soon as possible. It's impossible for anyone to really know that is not a doctor treating you. But what comes to mind is Hemiparesis. https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/symptoms/24952-hemiparesis . This is one sided muscle weakness. Get it checked, it can be a symptom of a stroke. It doesn't, however, sound like this came on suddenly and is more of a chronic issue. When it is a sudden change, that's a situation in which I'd go to the emergency room. Foot drop could be caused by nerve compression but since you say this goes from there all the way up to your shoulder, not sure. Not out of the question though that you have two impinged nerves. https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/foot-drop/symptoms-causes/syc-20372628

Overall, you really need to get to a doctor and be evaluated. I hope you keep reporting here what is going on as I'll be following.
