This is most certainly something you should see a doctor for as soon as possible. It's impossible for anyone to really know that is not a doctor treating you. But what comes to mind is Hemiparesis. https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/symptoms/24952-hemiparesis . This is one sided muscle weakness. Get it checked, it can be a symptom of a stroke. It doesn't, however, sound like this came on suddenly and is more of a chronic issue. When it is a sudden change, that's a situation in which I'd go to the emergency room. The link I included has a lot of potential causes of it.
Foot drop could be caused by nerve compression but since you say this goes from there all the way up to your shoulder, not sure. Not out of the question though that you have two impinged nerves. https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/foot-drop/symptoms-causes/syc-20372628
Overall, you really need to get to a doctor and be evaluated. I hope you keep reporting here what is going on as I'll be following.
