Got the results of my MRI and I'm not really sure what it means ..

Focal right sided disc extrusion posterior to T-10 resulting in moderate to severe spinal canal stenosis with mass effect on the ventral right aspect of the cord.

L2-L3 bilateral disc extrusions are outlined above resulting in mass effect in the interior descending bilateral L-3 nerve root.

L5 - S1 posterior disc extrusion with mild mass effect on the descending right S1 nerve root.

Advanced multilevel degenerative disc disease and facet arthrosis elsewhere resulting in spinal canal and neural foraminal stenosis as detailed.

The doctor who ordered the MRI came in to discuss the results and his response was .. "Your back is trash, and when we operate you will be lucky to wipe your own a$$" .. He really didn't explain what this all meant ..
