What is the treatment for C6-7 Level

Hi,

recently i had a problem in my neck doctor advised to take a MRI - Cervical scan here is the report, kindly advice the treatment for this and my doctor advised me to go for disc replacement surgery.

Impression:

Diffuse disc bulgeat C2-3 level.

Diffuse disc bulge at C3-4 level encroaching the lateral recess bilaterally.

Mild disc bulge at C4-5 level.

Mild disc bulge at C5-6 level causing anterior thecal sac indentation and encroaching the lateral recess bilaterally (left >> right).

Mild disc bulge at C6-7 level with left paracentral disc extrusion at C6-7 level causing anterior thecal sac indentation and encroaching the left lateral recess; this abuts the left sided exiting nerve root at this level with possible impingement. This extruded disc is noted to extend along the posterior aspect of the C7 vertebral body. Mild indentation of the cord noted on the left side.

Small dis bulge at C7-D1 level encroaching the lateral recess in the left side.

Can some one assist for the treatment...
